The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 364(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Shekhar Das @ Shekhar Ravidas. The victim was recovered but the victim also did not disclose name of any of the accused persons. Similarly situated accused persons Shekhar Das @ Shekhar Ravidas and Ranjan Bind @ Loha Singh @ Pappu have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11364 of 2015 and 5717 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29032 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 190/2014 (G. R. No. 3236/2014).
