JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from the impugned order that name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Chhotu Poddar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
