====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2025 Heard Mr. Ankita Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Ram Bilash Roy Raman, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23353 of 2025 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, as well as, the fact that the petitioner has shown his willingness that he will deposit a sum of Rs. 2000/- into the account of Advocates' Association of Patna High Court and also considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 20.08.2025.

4. The other part of the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23353 of 2025 shall remain intact.
