The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45602 of 2014 with observation that if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

It has been contended that till date even charges have

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014.
