The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act and under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

45 litres of Mahua wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015.
