2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, one country-made pistol has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

4. According to para-3 of the bail petition, the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 02-04-2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the clean antecedent and period of custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47961 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025.

6. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified by the court below.
