Petitioner no.2, Urmila Devi, is the mother-in-law and body of the deceased was recovered from well tied with rope. There is strong suspicion against petitioner no.2. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge petitioner 2, Urmila Devi, on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, petitioner no.2 will be at liberty to renew her prayer for bail.
