Initially, the case was registered under Section-307 of the Indian Penal Code but admittedly, after institution of the present case, the informant died. The informant has, specifically, stated in her fardbeyan that it was the petitioner, who poured Kerosene oil and lit fire on her body.

Considering to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31225 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 stands rejected.
