08-05-2018 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent which fact has been stated in paragraph 3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in Complaint Case No. C2-185 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation, petitioner was apprehended, as if, he was carrying about 18 liters of Nepali Saufi wine. Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the petitioner namely Kunal Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
