Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing fire arm injury on the neck of the informant. Para 87 of the case diary shows that informant sustained simple injury. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.5.2015 and except one case of section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, petitioner has no any other criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rachna Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger/ concerned court in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case no. 228/2014.
