The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patory P.S.Case No. 188 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission is that girl is major and the Medical Board also has assessed her age 18 years and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., girl stated that out of her own desire she went with the petitioner to Patna and no one had kidnapped her. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mithilesh Poddar @ Mithilesh Kumar Poddar is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
