The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Ganesh Mahto and the aforesaid coaccused Ganesh Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 21 of 2010 corresponding to session trial no. 324 of 2014.
