The Opposite Party no.2 is present in Court who is physically handicapped and also unable to speak. She stated that she was not tortured by her in-laws.

Be that as it may, in the interest of parties, further proceedings including the order dated 25.02.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2885C of 2013 is hereby quashed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18858 of 2014 dt.29-06-2016 However, the Officer In-charge of Bikram Police Station Patna shall ensure that Soni Devi wife of Raghubir Pandit village Bishamvarpur Patna is being kept for cordially in her matrimonial home.

The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
