06-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the review petitioners.
The only ground seeking review is that on the day when the Letters Patent Appeal was taken up, though respondents and other parties were present, for some reason he could not be present, and as such hearing the respondents, the appeal was dismissed. To us, this is not a ground for review. If petitioners are aggrieved by our order his remedy is of appeal not review.
These applications are misconceived and dismissed as such.
