Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(B), 22, 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission is that recovery of Narcotic Drugs (Ganja) is from the house of co-accused Bipin Bihari Singh and Mantu Kumar Singh and no recovery is there from the house/possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got not criminal antecedent. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused Mantu Kumar Singh before the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19831 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheo Sagar ( Baddi) Police Station Case No.391 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
