The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.35 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing and killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws by pressing her neck for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and to dispose of her dead body.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the daughter of the informant. In fact, due to quarrel of the daughter of the informant with her husband Sonu Paswan, the son of the petitioner, the husband of

At that time, the petitioner was not present, which has come at paragraphs-21 and 22 of the case diary. The husband of the daughter of the informant is already in custody. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.35 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
