2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant is maternal uncle of Md. Nasruddin Khan. He got an information that there was a scuffle between his bhagina and his neighbour. He rushed there and saw the petitioners along with other accused persons were giving rod blow on the head of his bhagina and his wife. When the accused persons saw the informant and villagers, they fled

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. Both are the next door neighbours and also relatives and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
