The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 341, 447, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report along with other student of engineering college and it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused went to the gate of cement factory, assaulted the security guard and also threatened that if job is not provided, they would set ablaze the factory. Rahul Kumar is said to have fired. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, Sunny Kumar @ Sanny Kumar @ Kumar Himanshu. Petitioner is in jail since 03.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
