In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the accused persons that they caught the uncle of the informant and assaulted. When he tried to flee away, the accused persons caught and laid him on the ground and whereafter the victim was killed by sharp weapon. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was also one of the persons who helped in the aforesaid offence. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and
