JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 25-06-2025 It is frankly submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners approached this Court in revision challenging an order dated 04.06.2024, by virtue of which the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st Court, Begusarai framed charge against the petitioners rejecting his application for discharge dated 21st May, 2022.

2. Since charge has been framed against the accused persons, the case pending in the trial court traveled beyond the stage of Section 227 of the CrPC. Now in order to demolish the prosecution case, the accused persons will have to crossexamine the witnesses and proceed with the trial of the case.

3. In view of such circumstances, this Court finds that at the stage after framing of charge, the order of framing of charge cannot be called into question in revision. Therefore, the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.587 of 2024(3) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 instant revision is dismissed giving liberty to the accused persons to cross-examine the witnesses on behalf of the prosecution.
