The petitioner seeks bail in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 125/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted, but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3909/2014 but a criminal case is pending against the petitioner and that is why she was not enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29640 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 125/2013.
