2. This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs;

(I) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities under the Punjab National Bank to change the authorized signatory for the bank account of Lord Budha World Educational Trust (hereinafter referred to as "the trust") from Mr. Rahul Kumar to Mr. Manoj Kumar with Ankit Kumar (Trustee) in the trust account no. 7577000100023440 opened for Bihar College of Pharmacy under the control of the aforesaid trust at

Patna High Court CWJC No.11692 of 2025(5) dt.14-07-2026 2/3 Patna since Mr. Rahula Kumar has been removed from the authorized signatory of the trust by the Board resolution dated 15.07.2024.

(ii) Issuance of a declaration holding that Mr. Prateek Soni Chairman-cum-Managing Trustee of the said trust is the managing trustee from 15.07.2024 which is the date on which the Board resolution was passed;

(iii) Any other relief that the petitioner may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent- Bank draws the attention of this Court towards the representation filed by the petitioner vide annexure- P/4 before the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Saguna More, Ram Jaipal Path, Rupaspur, Patna and submits that the same is under consideration and this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that admittedly the petitioner has filed the representation, which is at annexure- P/4, for redressal of his grievance before the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, who is respondent No.3 herein, on 11.02.2025 but same could not yield results for the petitioner and the same is still pending consideration before respondent No. 3. He further submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.11692 of 2025(5) dt.14-07-2026 3/3 respondent No.3 may be directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possibly in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration of the submissions of the respective parties and also the fact that the representation with respect to claim of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent No.3 i.e. Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Saguna More, Patna, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ application directing the respondent No.3 i.e. Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Saguna More, Ram Jaipal Path, Rupaspur, Patna to consider the claim of the petitioner and dispose of his representation, which is at Annexure-P/4 to this application, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, preferably, within a period of one months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
