The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 21/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

A small quantity of Ganja weighing 806 gram was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and Budhan Kumar. Budhan Kumar has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26552/2015. The petitioner is in jail since 08.02.2015 for recovery of a small quantity of Ganja. The petitioner has already remained in jail for six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
