Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31879 of 2016 (Annexure-1) till submission of the charge sheet for the reason that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and FIR named accused were already allowed anticipatory bail by this Court.

Submission is that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22609 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tikari Police Station Case No. 434 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
