Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38102 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3546 of 2021(3) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amounht each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Chapra, Saran in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
