The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20(B) and 22 of the NDPS Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, three kilogram ganja is said to have been recovered while the petitioner was travelling in a bus. The petitioner is in jail since 02.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 4 1⁄2 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge,
