JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Navanagar PS Case No. 118 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 326-A, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that while the informant was returning back to home he was intercepted by the accused persons and on the order of petitioner, Shiv Narayan Singh threw acid over his body.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between both sides and also case and counter case, all the family members have been made accused, specific allegation of throwing acid is against Shiv Narayan Singh, petitioner is said to be order giver only and is in custody since 2.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashok Singh @ Ashok Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Buxar in connection with Navanagar PS Case No. 118 of 2017.
