In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 323 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the marriage of the victim-girl was solemnized with one Sanjeet Sah and after marriage, family members of Sanjeet Sah started demanding dowry and torturing. Ultimately, allegation has been made to have killed the victim.

The petitioner is Debar of the victim, is in custody since 18th December 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23576 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 323 of 2015.
