JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Ramanand Paswan was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing this fact that petitioner was also involved in Darbhanga Town P.S.case No.11 of 2016 and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 29.01.2016 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No. 18 of 2016.
