Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only material is confessional statement of coaccused Bhola Prasad Soni. Considering the facts that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18113 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narari Kala Khurd Police Station Case No.41 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
