The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 427 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation against the petitioners of assault by iron rod which caused serious injury on the head of son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
