2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 506, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch Craft Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons entered the house of Sunita Devi and tried to kill her by pressing her neck. The occurrence was seen by her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49847 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 daughter namely Guriya Devi. Thereafter, both miscreants fled away. Petitioner no. 1 assaulted Krishnadev Ram by means of an iron rod on his head whereas petitioner no. 2 and co-accused Sandeep Kumar inflicted farsa blow on the head of one Mishrilal Ram.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/Kundan U T
