The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 304(A) of the I.P.C. only and since Section 304(A) of the I.P.C. is a bailable offence, as such the present anticipatory bail has become infructuous thus the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner that in the event if the
