Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be rice miller and it is alleged that 5,470 quintals paddy were supplied to him and he had to return 3664.90 quintals rice but he supplied only near about 1346 quintals rice and accordingly, misappropriated the government
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28585 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 money to the tune of Rs. 50,21,825.37/- Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua in Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
