JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to surrender and file a regular bail petition before the court concerned.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail and in case he surrenders before the trial court within a period of two weeks from today, the regular bail petition of the petitioner herein shall be considered and disposed of on the same day.
