2. The following order was passed on 27.04.2022: "Heard the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 269, 290, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 435, 392, 511, 504 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the police personnel at the time of procession of Muharum.

This kind of behaviour of the petitioners cannot be tolerated in the society.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail."

3. The petitioner has again moved this Court for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54452 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 27.04.2022.

4. In the opinion of this Court, the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Repeated filing of anticipatory bail is not permissible. The petitioner being absconder is granted one week time to surrender failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner in Motipur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020.

5. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP will communicate this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its forthwith compliance.

7. A cost of Rs. 10,000/- is imposed on the petitioner for filing successive anticipatory bail application. The regular bail of the petitioner shall be considered by the court below only after when he deposit the cost in the District Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
