ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Complainant but it appears that she is dead. In view of such, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.5.2014 passed in connection with Dedarganj P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall not deposit a sum of Rs.750/-/- (Seven hundred fifty) since the Opposite Party No. 2 is no more.
