The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide Annexure-1 to this application taking into account that the petitioner has got 9 criminal antecedents of similar nature.

A report was called for regarding the stage of the case. It is reported that the trial is expected to be concluded within a period of six months.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50453 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 for bail of the petitioner in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 407 of 2015 is rejected.

The trial court is directed to take all possible steps to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
