The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.158 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 328 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1049 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 made in the FIR against the petitioners and the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is dismissed.
In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
