ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 376/511, 307, 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3(I), (X) and (XI) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial on day to day basis in view of the direction of the Hon'ble Apex Court and after charge, it is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30926 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 to the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, and the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
