Petitioner is named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any concern with the family of husband of the deceased and even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, there is only allegation against the petitioner that he participated in disposal of dead body of the deceased and therefore, at best the offence u/S 201 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner.
