Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Sanjay Ram was staff of the informant in his furniture shop. Allegation is that he was involved in removal of the furniture for extraneous consideration.

Submission is that during investigation, only material came against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Ram. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8067 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajiv Nagar Police Station Case No.270 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
