Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Some stolen articles were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10449 of 2018 (3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 connection with Bahadurganj Police Station Case No. 265 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
