Petitioner seeks bail in Sarmera P.S.Case No. 129 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, some unknown person kidnapped the son of informant. The name of petitioner transpired in this case due to tower location of his phone. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no eye witness to the said occurrence. Only on the basis of suspicion and Tower location of petitioner's phone he has been made accused in this case. It is not the case of last seen. Petitioner was not seen along with the deceased at
