Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379, 337, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in short is that while the informant's father was returning from market, in the way, the accused persons thrashed and assaulted him with fists and slaps and in consequence thereof, pistol was put on the forehead of informant's father and Rs. 10,000/- was also snatched away in the occurrence. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted the

It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07-06-2022. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Asathawan P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022.
