Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the Manager of Bandhan Bank who in his written complaint has stated that after collecting the money while he was coming back, four miscreants on two motorcycles dashed against him and on the strength of arms snatched away the cash money and other documents.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused in a different case. However, the P.S. of petitioner and the accused who made confessional statement is the same.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49013 of 2019(4) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Petitioner has been declared absconder and order of attachment of property under Section 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has been issued and property has been attached, as such present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
