Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that the name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Munna Singh and Mebalal Singh who were caught on the spot. Moreover, Mebalal Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinte Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar
