The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being had to the undue and unexplained delay of twenty-one days in instituting the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.945 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
