The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married to Rajesh Mandal. It is alleged that his daughter along with her husband went on a cycle. Thereafter the dead body of his daughter was found in the field of Kailash Poddar. The petitioner happens to be cousin (Mausera) brother of the husband of the deceased. There is no allegation against the petitioner. Similarly, situated co-accused Narsingh Mandal has already been enlarged on bail by order dated 08.06.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 15319 of 2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30280 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Buddhuchak P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014.
