The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.32 of 2022 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has clearly stated that she has love affair with the petitioner as is evident from Annexure 3. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
